Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar has dismissed reports of him resigning from Congress and called himself "disciplined soldier" of the party. His remarks come amidst speculation of possible leadership change and Cabinet reshuffle following CM Siddaramaiah's meeting with Rahul Gandhi. "I am not the one to blackmail the Congress. I have built this party and worked tirelessly," he added.
