Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar have jointly called for immediate land acquisition to begin the proposed Purandar International Airport. The Chief Minister noted that the preliminary survey for the project has already been completed and expects the district administration to begin the land acquisition process immediately.
