Filmmaker Subhash Ghai and his wife, producer Mukta Ghai, have bought a luxurious 4BHK apartment in Mumbai's Bandra for ₹24 crore. Reportedly, the apartment boasts a carpet area of 4,364 sq. ft. and built-up area of 5,239 sq. ft. Recently, Subhash and Mukta sold a property in Andheri West for ₹12.85 crore, which they purchased for ₹8.72 crore in 2016.
