A Mumbai court has sentenced eight Pakistani men to 20 years in jail after they were caught carrying 232kg of heroin on a fishing boat off the Gujarat coast in 2015. A fine of ₹2 lakh was imposed on each of them. Notably, the convicts also possessed three satellite phones which civilians in India or Pakistan aren't allowed to use.
