Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin and other political leaders have criticised Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) over its website's switch to the Hindi language in the state. Later, the state-run insurer said that the issue has been resolved, adding, "Our corporate website was not shuffling the language page due to some technical problem." Stalin had called the Hindi switch "linguistic tyranny".
