The Maharashtra government has announced the launch of a single-pass ticket system for all public transport modes in the city. The pass can be used to access facilities like local trains, metro services, buses, and taxis. Earlier, Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis after a meeting with Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw had also made this announcement.
