Uttarakhand has been put on high alert after at least 10 people were killed in an explosion near Delhi's Red Fort on Monday. Several people were injured in the explosion that occurred near gate number 1 of Lal Quila Metro Station. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah have taken stock of the situation after the blast.
