Singapore remains the most expensive city in the world for wealthy individuals to spend on luxury goods such as jewellery and shoes, Julius Baer's latest Global Wealth & Lifestyle Report said. Singapore is followed by Hong Kong, London, Shanghai, Monaco, Zurich, New York, Paris, São Paulo and Milan. "Those looking for a luxury bargain might consider Tokyo," the report added.
