Following a media report, the BMC removed exposed cables at the Dahisar Anand Nagar flyover. Assistant municipal commissioner stated that they "immediately alerted the concerned authority and ensured that all cables were removed". The cables posed a potential risk to motorists as they were hanging at a spot where two-wheelers make U-turns.
