Seven-month-pregnant Delhi Police constable Sonika Yadav lifted 145 kg in the deadlift in the 84+ kg category to win Bronze medal at the All India Police Weightlifting Cluster 2025-26. "I don’t want pregnancy to be seen as a disease," she said, adding that women can pursue fitness safely with the right guidance. She also lifted 125 kg in squats.
