Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will only attend upcoming peace talks in Istanbul on May 15 if Russian President Vladimir Putin is also present, his top aide said on Tuesday. Notably, US President Donald Trump has also offered to attend the talks which aim to find a resolution to the three-year-long war. However, Putin has not yet confirmed his participation.
