Gaganpreet Kaur, who was driving the BMW that crashed in Delhi killing a finance ministry official Navjot Singh, asked why the DTC bus, which rammed into Singh's bike, was not seized. "An ambulance had stopped but refused to take them. Even he is guilty," Kaur said in her bail plea. Singh's wife was injured in the accident.
