Bareilly District Court has summoned Congress leader Rahul Gandhi regarding his comments on caste census, during Lok Sabha poll campaign. The court has asked him to appear on January 7. Rahul had said Congress, if elected, would conduct a census to ascertain wealth distribution. Petitioner Pankaj Pathak alleged that Rahul's remarks were like an "attempt to start a civil war."
