Adani Green has said independent review of US indictment of Founder Gautam Adani and top Adani Green executives did not find any irregularities or non compliance. Adani and other executives were accused of misleading US investors by paying $265 million in bribes to secure Indian power supply contracts. The Adani Group had denied the charges, calling them "baseless".
