An encounter between security forces and terrorists broke out in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar district on Wednesday. The Indian Army said its troops, in coordination with the Jammu and Kashmir Police, have established contact with terrorists in the Chhatru area during an intelligence-based operation. "Fire exchanged with terrorists. Operation in progress," the White Knight Corps stated.
