Russia President Vladimir Putin will visit India on December 4 and 5. During the visit the two nations will review progress in bilateral relations, strengthen strategic partnership, discuss ways to bolster two-way trade using local currencies and take ahead bilateral energy cooperation, Moneycontrol reported. India may address rising trade deficit caused by its procurement of Russian crude oil.
