Congress MP Renuka Chowdhury on Monday brought her pet dog on opening day of Winter Session of Parliament. "Why should this be an issue inside Parliament? Those who can bite are inside the Parliament," she stated. "What is the harm if a small, harmless animal comes inside," she added. BJP MP Jagdambika Pal said action should be taken against Renuka.
