Madhya Pradesh High Court has rejected actor Saif Ali Khan's long-standing plea against government's decision to label his ancestral properties worth ₹15,000 crore in Bhopal as 'enemy property'. Saif had contested the declaration in 2015 and secured a temporary stay. HC has now set aside a 25-year-old trial court order in the case and ordered a complete retrial.
