Manikandan Rameshkumar Arjun, a rickshaw driver, was stabbed by his friend Indrajit Devidas Patil over an unpaid loan of ₹1,000. Patil confronted Manikandan at a rickshaw stand in Trombay and stabbed him with a knife. The Trombay Police have registered a case of attempted murder against Patil following the incident. The altercation took place around 11:30 PM on August 24.
