Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, at a rally in Bihar's Sasaram, claimed PM Narendra Modi's flight movements delayed his own departure. "I was told I cannot depart until his flight takes off," Kharge stated. He added that PM Modi "only knows how to travel" and "never sits for an hour or two to think for the country".
