The Central government has initiated the process of building a memorial for the former PM Dr Manmohan Singh and has proposed a few sites for his family to choose from. Around 1 to 1.5 acres of land near Rajghat, Rashtriya Smriti Sthal, or Kisan Ghat has been proposed by the Centre, India Today reported citing sources.
