LJP chief Chirag Paswan said the seat-sharing talks between NDA allies ahead of Bihar Assembly elections were moving forward in a "positive manner". "The talks are…in their end stage now. We want to hold discussions on all minute issues, seats, candidates," Chirag said. He met BJP leader Nityanand Rai on Friday to finalise the NDA seat-sharing arrangement for the elections.
