A video showing a man riding a bike in UP's Hapur has gone viral as it showed six children on bike along with the rider. The traffic policeman can be seen stopping the man and folding his hands before him in disbelief. He was fined ₹7,000 for multiple violations, including overloading two-wheeler, endangering lives, and violating basic traffic safety norms.
