A disturbing incident has been reported in Narsinghpur district of Madhya Pradesh, where two children were physically tortured. Some youths stripped two children naked and brutally assaulted them. The accused hit them on their bare back and hurled kicks on their private parts. The reason of the assault is yet to be ascertained.
