Punjab continues to reel under floods with the death toll climbing to 30 as the state government on Tuesday declared all 23 districts flood-hit. State government said that 1,400 villages have been declared affected, impacting 3,54,626 people so far. Nearly 20,000 people have been evacuated. The worst-hit areas include Gurdaspur, Mansa, Amritsar, Kapurthala, Ferozepur, Tarn Taran and Hoshiarpur.
