BluSmart parent Gensol Engineering's co-promoter Puneet Jaggi told a Delhi court he wasn't involved in the day-to-day affairs of the company, which is being investigated by several government agencies. Puneet claimed his elder brother Anmol, currently in Dubai, made all the management decisions, HT reported. Puneet claimed this while seeking anticipatory bail, fearing arrest by Delhi Police's EOW.
