Actor-producer Sohum Shah revealed that Aamir Khan's "thumb rule" helped him dedicate seven years to his 2018 film 'Tumbbad'. Adding that he has learnt everything from the Hindi film industry, Sohum said, "Aamir has had...huge impact on me...to do one task at a time but do it well, and success is a by-product. I believe in this thumb rule."
