A video showed a verbal spat between Congress MP Rahul Gandhi and UP Minister Dinesh Pratap Singh during a DISHA committee meeting. Rahul, who chaired the meeting, asked Singh to seek his permission before speaking. Singh refused, saying he won't allow "wrong proceedings". Singh later said, "Why should I accept [Rahul's] rights when he...doesn't consider rights of Lok Sabha Speaker?"
