Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Friday that there are many animal lovers in India who don’t even consider the cow an animal. The PM said this while inaugurating a portal to preserve India's ancient knowledge. This comes after the Supreme Court modified its order mandating the detention of all stray dogs in Delhi-NCR amid a row over it.
