The Delhi High Court orally remarked that no one can sell an item above MRP as it heard a plea by associations of restaurants against an order saying restaurants can't mandatorily levy service charge. "Why are you quoting in menu...that instead of ₹20 for a bottle, you are charging ₹100, without expressing that ₹80 is extra for ambience?" HC asked.
