Viral posts on social media have claimed that Indian TV broadcasters have been banned in Bangladesh for spreading disinformation. The investigation by the DFRAC team found no substantial evidence supporting the claim. Moreover, neither the channels nor the government made an official announcement in this regard. Thus, the posts claiming that Indian news channels are banned are false.
