The Ministry of Defence has signed letters of offer and acceptance (LOAs) worth ₹7,995 crore with the US government for support of the Indian Navy's fleet of MH-60R helicopters. The sustainment support includes provisioning of spares, support equipment, product support, training and technical support. The LOAs were inked under the Foreign Military Sales programme of the US.
