Delhi government on Thursday announced that GRAP 3 anti-pollution measures will be imposed in the national capital as the air quality was recorded in 'severe' category. The restrictions will be in place starting 8 am on Friday, Delhi Minister Gopal Rai said. Under GRAP 3, construction and demolition activities are restricted and BS-III petrol and BS-IV diesel four-wheelers are banned.
