Sean 'Diddy' Combs' defence lawyers claimed that the rapper is "a man who's in the process of working on himself". This came after Judge Subramanian declined Diddy's release on bail and said that the court could not ignore his history of violence. The defence requested less than 21 to 27 months of prison sentence, meanwhile prosecutors called for 4-5 years.
