Bihar Assembly elections will be conducted before November 22, when the current term of the Bihar Legislative Assembly will end, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar said on Sunday. He stated that the Election Commission will soon take a decision on the number of phases in which assembly polls will be conducted. EC officials are on a two-day state visit.
