Union Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw paid tribute to the Jana Sangh's founder, Syama Prasad Mookerjee, on his birth anniversary and said his struggle finally ended in 2019 when Article 370 (J&K's special status) was abrogated from the Constitution. Vaishnaw added that Mookerjee advocated for Indian languages and how this vision of his is incorporated in the National Education Policy (NEP).
