Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said President Vladimir Putin's latest order about studying feasibility of resuming nuclear tests "is being worked on". Putin, on November 5, asked Foreign Ministry, Defence Ministry to submit proposals on possibility of preparing for nuclear weapons tests by Russia if US were to walk out of Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) moratorium on nuclear tests.
