Kashmiri separatist leader Yasin Malik's wife sought help from Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi in a letter, asking him to initiate a debate in Parliament for her husband. Criticising Congress, BJP's Amit Malviya said, "Not surprising that Pakistan-backed terrorist Yasin Malik's wife writes to Rahul...Malik, among his several other crimes, is guilty of gunning down serving Air Force officers."
