A row erupted after BJP MLA Ketakee Singh allegedly threw away Mithila 'Paag', a traditional headgear symbolising honour, while comparing it with Maithili Thakur. Pointing towards Thakur, she said it's not 'Paag' that honours Mithila but her. Sharing the video from event, Tejashwi Yadav said, "It's not just an insult to Paag but an affront to the entire Mithila civilisation."
