Prashant Kishor's Jan Suraaj party released the second list for the Bihar Assembly elections, containing 66 candidates, on Monday. The list had no mention of the Raghopur Assembly seat and did not include the name of Prashant Kishor, who may contest against RJD's Tejashwi Yadav from Raghopur. Jan Suraaj had released the first list of 51 candidates on October 9.
