NHAI engineer Achal Jindal alleged that Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Minister Anirudh Singh abused and assaulted him and site engineer Yogesh, both of whom were later hospitalised. Jindal claimed Singh was discussing compensation for a collapsed building before he hurled a water pitcher at him. He said Singh attacked Yogesh when he tried saving him, while the SDM kept watching.
