AAP's Saurabh Bharadwaj said people made videos but no one helped after BMW crash accident in Delhi and linked it to scrapping of Farishtey Scheme. Under the scheme, then AAP-led government had covered cost of private hospital treatment for accident victims. "BMW driver, not any passerby or police, transported...victims, and this has no relation to the Farishtey Scheme," BJP responded.
