Home Minister Amit Shah issued his first statement following a car explosion near the Red Fort in Delhi. He said the blast occurred in an i20 car. "Preliminary reports indicate that some people have lost their lives," he added. "We are exploring all possibilities and will conduct a thorough investigation. We aren't ruling out any angle," he said.
