Dattu Agarwal lost his vision at the age of three to pneumonia and his parents were told that he would be a burden on the family. Dattu completed post graduation in political science and became professor. In 2007, he started Matoshree Ambubai, a free residential school for blind girls. Over 75 girls from poor families study in the school.
