A will and final note were recovered from the residence of Y Puran Kumar, an IPS officer who allegedly died by suicide in Chandigarh, police said. Kumar, a 2001-batch officer from the Haryana cadre, suffered head injury. His body was found in the basement of his house. The post-mortem will be conducted once Kumar's wife returns from Japan.
