The European Union has proposed setting up foreign return centres to curb illegal migration. The centres will host migrants before they are deported to their countries of origin. Italy has already sent first group of illegal migrants to Albania. Notably, the UK, which isn't a part of EU, had proposed a similar plan earlier of sending illegal migrants to Rwanda.
