Deepak Kate, a BJP worker, and his aide were arrested for allegedly daubing black oil on Sambhaji Brigade state president, Pravin Gaikwad's face. The two were produced in court and remanded in police custody for two days. Five others have been booked in the case and are yet to be arrested.
