Congress has accused Punjab Police of not allowing Rahul Gandhi to visit flood-affected Toor village near Indo-Pak border, citing security reasons. "You are telling me that you cannot keep me safe on Indian territory. That is what you are saying," Gandhi was heard telling a police officer. "You cannot protect me in India? Is it not India?" he further said.
