Influencer Ashley St. Clair, who claimed she welcomed Elon Musk's child in September 2024, has sued Musk for sole legal custody of their son. Musk wasn't present at their son's birth and "has met him only three times and has had no involvement in his care and upbringing," Ashley claimed. Despite her claims, she also filed a paternity petition.
