The Bombay High Court has rejected the Lilavati Kirtilal Mehta Medical Trust's lawsuit against former trustee Niket Mehta. The suit sought recovery of ₹17.2 crore from Mehta over the use of a flat and an office in the Lilavati Hospital building. The Trust had claimed that Mehta wasn't a validly appointed trustee and was therefore a "rank trespasser".
