US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer said India's already starting to diversify its energy buys and purchase of Russian oil is not "bedrock" of Indian economy. He added that India makes its own decisions and US isn't trying to dictate to other nations on who they can have relations with. US imposed additional 25% tariff on India for purchasing Russian oil.
